Thanks for the input. I've already purchased the 45K BTU unit. The problem is my A/C guy who has always been reasonable came over and looked this over and said it would take him all day to do the job. Even though the gas line run would only be 10 feet and the exhaust run would be about 5 feet...

I'd like to get an idea from folks that have had the Modine Hot Dawg heaters how much to expect to pay for an installation and gas line hook up? Thx.
