I'm trying to do the exact same thing here in the New Orleans area just got HOA approval. I'm trying to go with a metal frame 25x40 with game room upstairs over 2 of the 3 bays. Lift going in the 3rd. Please keep us updated as I'm trying finalize the details as well for the construction process...
