Went with all surface mount wiring in 1/2" EMT.

Electric was pretty strait forward. I brought a sub panel off of our meter / breaker. I used 2/2/4 & added a 4 AWG ground inside 2" schedule 80 PVC. Drove 2 ground rods at building.
Borrowed the neighbors backhoe. It's a real piece, but did the job.

I went with laminated columns with post protectors to hopefully add longevity.
