    DCLR Compound 30' x 40' x 12' with 12' Porch Pole Building

Electric was pretty strait forward. I brought a sub panel off of our meter / breaker. I used 2/2/4 & added a 4 AWG ground inside 2" schedule 80 PVC. Drove 2 ground rods at building. Borrowed the neighbors backhoe. It's a real piece, but did the job.

    DCLR Compound 30' x 40' x 12' with 12' Porch Pole Building

I went with laminated columns with post protectors to hopefully add longevity. 5000 psi / 4" thick concrete floor with woven wire, re-bar and added vapor barrier.
