First xmas present at age 5 in 1970 was a workable Hong Kong made carpenters toy tool kit given by neighbors, it was so usable I used saw to cut mothers kitchen stool. first serious tool ever seen and felt age 3 was a real Paterson tool ''Vise Grip'' plier in a flat carton in fathers Morris commercial truck. My first set of tools was a socket set made by ''Blackhawk" owned back then by United States steel (?). First chainsaw was a McCulloch Pro Mac 610 purchased after high school and on my first job as a wool grader in 1982 whilst walking past a local Dalgety farm supply branch, I could resist so I cut a deal which took me 3 months to pay off n.z.d$360.00..which I reluctantly sold a year latter due to being hard up for cash. however I was given one ....I just love the sound of this saw which is nicer than stihl and huskys.
