    Air Comp outside in winter

I would drain everything when you're done using it, or install heat trace cable as req'd.

    Older Snap On wrench length

Great, thanks. Looking to upgrade my wrenches--been using Mastercraft for years, which are actually the same length as present day Snap-On (in 9/16 and 3/4 anyway). Don't want to go any shorter, especially in 3/4".

    Older Snap On wrench length

How about 3/4"? As per Snap On website, the OEX24B is 11 inches in length. Thanks!

    Sharpening old dikes/snips/scissors?

Yes. Need to be careful as these will remove material very quickly.

    Older Snap On wrench length

Anyone know if the older Snap On combination wrenches are the same lengths as the newer ones? When I say older, I mean the ones without the letter suffix--for example, is an OEX16 the same length as an OEX16B. Reason for asking is I'm looking at an older set on ebay. Thanks

    Sharpening old dikes/snips/scissors?

I use a speedy sharp on my Knipex dikes--works fairly well. Took many years of daily use to lose their original edge.

All quiet here for 2hrs! okay, why did Robertson screws gain so little gr in the USA?

This thread inspired my new user name. For those who dont know, Robertson screw heads come in 4 sizes and the screwdrivers used have different colour handles from smallest to largest: yellow, green red, and black. I have read there is actually one smaller than yellow which is orange, although...
