Here is the lift I built a few years back. It was powered off the hydraulic press that I also built. Great for working on ATV's. Unfortunately I had to sell it when we moved across the country but when the new shop goes up (hopefully next summer) I get to start playing again.

OK just googled them and found out how they work. Ingenious little things.

Don't mean to side track the thread but not being a body guy-Those little clamps look Very cool. How do they work and where do I get some.
