Just make sure it's a complete refund. I know that Sears & Kmart have a strange system where they could owe you a refund of say $3.90 + 6% tax, but you end up with a refund only of $3.75 or something. I often had to tell my credit card co that I was to get a full refund, provided Chat Logs...

Just a small update for what I am doing just in case it would interest anyone else. I actually found a slightly similar service to SYW but for Walmart (technically others also) called Swagbucks. Some of you may have already heard of it but I simply watch videos and do surveys and get $5 & $10...

Well that actually was easier than I thought. Today I received my Sears/Citi Refund Check. Even not using my account for some time, it appears to have gotten no exciting freecash at all. It doesn’t even feel like they miss me at all.....:bounce:

Well some good news for me at least. I finally got the one statement credit for spending $250+ back in Nov and the CS agent claims it's being mailed as a refund check already. They said I will have to wait until Feb to see if I got the second one but I think I just missed it by like $10, but...

Yes, and I was very shocked I was given a native English speaker without doing anything like them getting a supervisor on. I'm all for everybody having a job, but it's extremely difficult to get your issue resolved if the CS Agent can barely understand what you are saying or vice-versa.

Just a quick update for anybody here who has the Sears/SYW Credit Cards. I was just checking real quick with CS just to make sure there wasn't some glitch or something as I am still waiting on my Nov Statement Credit, but they said I should say it very soon when my statement prints 1/10 or 2/10...

Oh I got another Sears email and it mentioned SA again. It went to Sears.com with a popup saying "Do you want to give Salvation Army 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of your points?". I only had 61 cents left right now but I gave it to SA.

Wow Sears is really trying to finally get more use out of their SYW Credit Card than they originally did. They are spamming me almost daily now like "Get 10% off Fine Jewelry OR 12-month no financing" or similar offers for Appliances and Clothes. Sears barely even acted like they had a Credit...
