Thia is probably the best solution if you can find a utility cart for $2k that doesn't need work. I bought this for $2500 some years ago and used it for everything including plowing snow. It's made by Ingersol so there's a Bobcat version too.
We were clearing out old equipment at work and I came across these old saw blades. Dunno what they are for (wood or metal) and there is no saw in sight as it is a machine shop. Motch & Merryweather was a company a very long time ago but didn't read they made saw blades. Also a very long time ago...
I built a short pole building based off a traditional pole garage I own on another property. That old garage is 24 x 32. You can store 2 cars side by side on the 24' width and have some storage in front of them. 24' isn't wide enough to use as daily parking especially with 2 door cars. Count on...
Was your issue resolved? I see a similar unit 30k BTU used not far from me. Not familiar with this brand and it seems pricey but thought maybe it's higher quality than Mr. Heater.
Thanks for the link. I was on a different site but seemed legit to me.

I want a scanner that's bi-directional, does ABS brake bleeding, and advanced TPMS. Seems like The MK808 or MP808 will do the job.
That's quite a collection of tools. Instead of creating a new thread I just want to ask that these Autel devices sold on Amazon with model numbers and features NOT listed on the Autel website are legit? Are they upgraded old stock? I emailed Autel and asked but haven't gotten an official...
Looks like a tiny version of the one we have at work. The 'clockspring' set screw came loose and was spinning inside the housing. We ended up chucking up in a lathe to wind it back up by hand and tighten the set screw. Hopefully you can find the right spring or whole assembly.
What he said. The OP hasn't verified the opening size. 30 some years ago I didn't know about overhead doors and when I contacted a door company found out 2 of the 3 doors on my garage were custom size. I ordered standard size and closed up the jambs.
Agreed. I don't think I ever saw a car tied down like that. Does it scuff the rims? What do you tow with, and where's that stored?
Glad you got a cheap temporary solution, but for the amount of money you have invested in these vehicles and wanting to keep them you need to build on.
I don't know what kind of furnace needs a 6x8 room. Must be a dinosaur. If you go to an overhead heater that runs all the time buy a Reznor or Modine. What is the sq ft you are heating?
As stated above, it ain't rocket science. Common sense and check your work you'll save a few bucks. Although I recently installed (2) 50K Big Maxx heaters, if you are going to seriously heat this building all winter, I would go with a Reznor or Modine. Mine are for occasional heating/back-up.
