How’s it working? I’ve been wanting a ratchet and was thrilled when I found this as I already use the 12 volt impact and drill. I’ve been hoping Home Depot would get instock locally do I could check out before I bought it.
Just finished this guy up.
I’m pretty happy with my little collection I have.
The far left is dated on the bottom 1976. Guy I got it from took out of the box and never plugged it in. Just kept moving it with him.
Went and got me a Weiler wire wheel like everyone says to put on my block and I must say, I’m not real impressed with it. It through wires at me and the wires are bent out so that they are hitting the grinder and taking off my new paint job.
Not sure what to think.
Just got this put back together tonight. My first restoration of the block grinder. I like the way it turned out. I think I’m going to put wire wheels on this to use for dirt bike parts etc.
the one question I have is what are those rivet deals called or where do I find them to hold the name...
I am impressed at how quite it is. You can have a conversation with someone while its going. You may have to raise your voice some but it is much quieter than a little pancake compressor I have used previously.
I was thinking about that and if i wanted to knock that out. I wasn’t sure, but I think I will just leave it how it is, thanks for the advice. Haven’t really dont much with bench grinders so I wasn’t sure on this.
Thanks for the idea. I just found this thread from 2012:

I think I will take his idea and use it.
I am going to use the wall mount for storage up above my bench, (to the left of the cabinets in the picture)but then also mount a...
Thanks!
I believe the feet are all there. Honestly I haven’t had time to look it over real good. I got it home last night and moved from the car to the shop and that’s about it.
I do need to figure out how and where to mount it in my shop. It’s only a 1 car so I’m thinking of trying to make a...
I found this grinder yesterday, Gentleman said he bought it new and never plugged it in. There isn’t any wear on it except you can tell its been dinged up a little bit from being moved around and such. Light scratches etc. He said it was sitting under his bench on the floor so there is a little...
So this particular unit that I got, was used upfront. Should I be worried not knowing how it was broken in? If it was done properly? The manual says to run it for 30 minutes with no pressure build up. I have no idea if that happened and what would happen if it didnt?
So far I’m happy with it. It is definatly plumbed from the first cylinder into the second. For my needs, it is more than enough. Just finished replacing front brake rotors on my wife’s Acura MDX and it worked great.
On a side note, for those of you discussing 120/240, this compressor can also...
I have been looking for an air compressor for a while now and settled on this.
It’s a Kobalt Model number 905519. It is a 2 stage. As far as I can tell it is made by Cambell Hausfeld. It retails for $450 currently.
The unit I bought today had been used and returned...I picked it up for $350...
