Time to educate yourself! Pex is contiguous, they make 1000' runs of direct bury PEX, I would go point to point with the 1.5" then install a manifold in the shop while running 1.5 to the house and a manifold there. Should be a lot easier to run, last you longer and be worlds more freeze resistant.

So, just because there is no internet, that does not mean you cannot run a network between both buildings to set up security cameras to be viewed remotely. Ruin a cable or three from the house to the shop, put cameras in, connect to an NVR at the house, monitor on your internal TV and remotely...

Why would you use PVC and not a straight run of pex from point to point? You are setting yourself up for failure by having multiple underground joints and using something that will become brittle over time. You can do a shutoff at both ends with a drain.

This is not a rip off my friend. Add to this the fact you claim to be an industry insider who has particular insight is really causing me pause to believe this is a troll thread akin to mentioning how you don't tip at a restaurant.
