Check flue for blockage.

Unhook the B wire its for heat pump.

Look at old limit switch and make sure temp setting are the same. I suspect someone put the wrong limit switch in.

I circled wire in picture it is a 3 wire.

You need votage readings. R & C = ? Y & C = ? G & C = ? Make sure door interlock is pushed in when checking voltage. IF you have power at R & C but not on Y or G check your T-stat. Bleed each loop separatly keeping shut offs closed after bleeding. Bring loops online one at a time. Let each loop run for awhile before bringing another loop online.

2x4 above ceiling between trusses. Drill 3/4 hole in ceiling. install a piece of 3/4 emt with one bolt in door track and two bolt thru 2x4 above ceiling. did mine ten years ago this way and is a much cleaner install.

Make the frames out of PVC board.

The pipe should sloop down. This prevents water from going into heater.My reznor installation instructions had this info in the venting section.

I would use flo check pumps and a Taco 3 zone controler. All zones can be ran at the same time with this controler. Do not forget the presure relief.
