DRIVES, I really like my Maylines. The hardest part is dealing wth the 2" depth but it's not that bad.
As for the foam, I'm not really concerned about having 100% accurate cutouts, so what I've been doing is laying the tools out on the smooth side of the mat in a mirror image of what i want...
I bought these four 5-drawer flat files about a year ago. I finally cleaned up the garage a bit and built a counter top from 3/4" pine to give me a surface where small parts won't fall between the cabinets. I'm in the process of organising the drawers with the HF foam fatigue mats. Slow going...
