Can you use a peaked roof on the shed with the ridge running perpendicular to the wall of the garage? This would result in the snow from the tall roof shedding off to the sides of the carport. It would save a lot of expense and hassle over the years.
#3 would be my choice. I've had that configuration with less width and was very happy with it. I also had a nearly 200 s.f. shed on the property which kept all the lawn and garden stuff out of the garage. Mine was 25' deep and the extra 3' would have been nice.
I think you're likely to get condensation without any insulation/vapor barrier and yes, you're dreaming to think an dehumidifier would solve the problem.
The reviews on Amazon are consistently saying that the Pour-n-Restore used to be a good product but that the formula has changed and it doesn't work well any longer. Are you still having good luck with it Justin?

I'm trying to get some old oil out of the concrete in a house I recently purchased. I've seen some cleaners that claim to contain oil eating bacteria like the stuff used to clean beaches up following oil spills.
