Racedeck has been a really good choice for me. I am very happy with it.

I do live with snow and slush, and a resulting need to sponge mop the floor occaisionally. Unless I was going to use a water hose in the garage, I see no need for free flow. Even then, I would then only run a line not a full area. While our climate is dry and water evaporates quickly...
