Your never going to get the building temp up with a 60 some degree slab surface Temperature. My garage is 900 sqft and the thermostat stays at 65 degrees the Floor surface is usually around 78 degrees. There is 11 foot ceilings, 2 inch rigid Blue styrofoam under slab,R21 walls,R30 ceiling...

My 80 gallon Delta compressor is mounted on hockey pucks drilled into the concrete with anchors,going on seven years with no problems.

Piped mine with copper over 7 years ago I used Sta-Brite #8 solder it has a tensil strength of 3100 psi if I recall, have had no issues. Good luck with your project.

You can do quite a bit of it yourself to save some bucks. We use 2" styrofoam blue board for insulation over the vapor barrier we then staple the tube to the foam, put 6x6 mesh over that so it can be lifted into the concrete and the tubes stay down on the foam, make sure You have air pressure...

One of each problem solved:D:D:D. Seriously though love my four post bendpak also from Garage equipment supply. The bendpak was a little more but the quality is worth it. Good luck which ever one you choose your wrenching will become easier.

Up here in new york state we usually figure 600 sqft per ton but i understand with 12 foot ceilings you might need more. We also use 95 degree & zero degree outside design temp. I would think a 3 ton unit would work here, again dont know your Design delta T. Hope this helps

Antifreeze in a slab radiant system is really just a cheap insurance policy,I have it in mine for that reason. I would hate to be away on vacation or work and come home to find my tubes frozen and broke, a new floor is a big expense and alot of work and hassel.

There is also a new primer out that is clear until you put a UV type light on it then it turns purple,makes for neater looking job.

Rough the surface up with sandpaper so it bites better,has worked for me in the past.

Most waste oil burners have compressed air and a fuel line heater to thin The oil out. Your standard Suntec pump on a beckett might not be able to handle The consistincy of the oil to atomize it to burn correctly.
