Garage door track too high, can't get sheet rock in

It looks like you do not have a enough head room for a 8' tall door with out a low over head track, that's why they have the spring so high into the trusses. The cable on the drum is wound wrong also.

    Garage door opener reversal?

It could be the gear kit . If you take the cover off and it a lot of nylon shavings in there it is going bad or is bad. They are not that bad to change.

The only settings are for the travel of the door and open and closing force.

    Garage door opener reversal?

If you had the chain off of it make sure the opener was in the down postion when you put the chain back on. It could be in the wrong sequence.

newbie garagemahal build - what order for insulation, plumbing, etc?

Yes, insulation will be the last thing before the wall covering. You slice the insulation to go around the wires and pipes. ( slice just the fiberglass bat not the paper backing where the wires are and it will wrap its self around the wire)

newbie garagemahal build - what order for insulation, plumbing, etc?

I would do the plumbing of water and air lines first then the wiring and insulation. you can bend wire around pipes a lot easier than running pipes around wires. goes without saying that drywall is last. (but i guess i said it)

    garage door opener help

pull the cover off and check the nylon gears that run the chain, If they are going bad it will also hang the door up. If you have a lot of shavings in there i would buy a gear kit and change it.

    garage door opener help

It still could be the sensors,Had a buddy buy a new opener for the same reason. left the old sensors on the door and still had the same problem, he had to put the new sensors on the door for it to work right. ( turns out the old opener was still good just bad safety sensors on the door rails)
