OK what can I tell you about myself? Well I’m in my 60’s and started messing around with cars when I was in my early teens and having an older brother who was also into cars that meant I grew up on old MGs, Austin Healeys, Minis Oh... and a Berkeley T60 on which I learnt to strip and rebuild an engine! Having had a string of MG Magnettes, MGAs, MGBs & MGCs I went through a Porsche phase before arriving with the TVR Griffith 500 I’ve had from new for open top blasts, and the 1958 Aston Martin DB MkIII for more graceful driving. It had always been an ambition to own a pre-war car and last year I added the 1933 Lagonda 16/80 T7 Tourer to my collection. I live in the Hampshire, England with my wife Denise.
