If i get the garage vs shed (that sheds unlimited is great!) would that need to be on cement? Could it sit on crushed gravel? I might skip the permit.

I dont know if a shed would be 12" on center. Pricing is 3850 for the 12x20, about 800 for delivery (I am buying a pavilion also).
