Yup just a spliter to run 2 bulbs in one socket. The 100watt LED bulbs only draw 17 watts so 400 watts of bright white light drawing 68 watts. I am really happy with the light output.

For the white I just edged around things with a brush and then used a roller on the walls. The red stripes were spray painted so for that part I used brown craft paper and tape to cover up light switches, doors and door hardware. There should not be any need to take the door tracks down.
