I think we need to add the carport with trusses running the opposite direction from the house to garage to make everyone happy. Still not sure what to do with the garage.

Actually there is a 25' x 25' attached garage that is converted to a rec room. My idea was to convert it back but the wife and kids said aw naw! Like to have a carport between the garage and the house. Also like to have a 2 post and 4 post. All this is pretty costly but seems to be worth it.

Yes sir that is true about the reserve. Chances are we will never need it but the county thinks different. It is located right behind the primary. Thanks for the heads up!

I like your picture and it looks great. My wife also feels the same way about the hobby and thinks I have way too much in the way of cars and tools. Life would be a lot easier for sure with less. Don't really want to get a divorce over it. She is at wits end with it though.
