Wool blend socks are much better for your dogs. Wool socks wick away moisture where cotton will remain wet. After 13 years in the Army and service in Iraq, I did learn something about my feet. It's still a matter of personal preference though...:D

Not sure if your situation requires it but in an industrial setting, OSHA requires it. We had to anchor all of ours in the warehouse.

A lift in the middle of garage that closes off the opening when retracted is the route I'm planning. The base of the lift will act as the "door" to close off the access when the lift is raised. Lots of info on Youtube about this. Looks great!

Just joined a few days ago. In process of buying a house with a huge garage and adjoining workshop. The canvas is bare and I'm ready to paint so to speak. Itching to get started. I've enjoyed the forum thus far and believe I'll be spending too much time on here.
