Tool box labeling...what do you use?

I think the trick is to set things up exactly the way you think it should be. So if somehow there were any question about where something was, just ask yourself "where would I have put that tool?" and then open the drawer and there it is. Also Don't pile tools on top of other tools, combine like...

    Which brand?

It is not nearly that simple. I don't know how many types of tools there are out there but no one brand makes the best of every one. I wouldn't buy at all by brand. Snap-on seems to be the gold standard for some tools, however some people take this to mean that snap on is the best for all tools...

    Auto Tech must have tools?

The best tool is your brain. Be nice to all of your coworkers so that when you need to borrow something... Saved my life many times. For all of the daily use tools like screwdrivers, combination wrenches, ratchets, get top of the line. When I bought my 1/4" cordless impact driver I had no idea...

    Pneumatic die grinders

I have a bunch of HF die grinders too but got a set of Matco .5hp when they were on a good sale. They are much nicer than the HF tools with more power and control, and the composite housing with rubberized grip is nice so your hand doesn't freeze.

wrench set (SAE & MM)- whats good out there that wont break the bank

I use snap on at work and they can't be beat, but you would be looking at 600-$700? for a new set of 10-19mm and 5/16-7/8". I've also used Craftsman professional, and Gearwrench that are 80% as good for 20% of the price.

Good lithium ion drill to buy?

Always have been a fan of Makita power tools. Recently (within the past year) bought a few cordless tools from the 12 volt and the 18 volt line and continue to be very happy with Makita. I use them daily in a shop.

    The Harbor Freight PASS/FAIL Thread...

Had the housing split open on me while installing an air fitting, didn't get very tight very tight. FAIL

    molybdenum use in air tools

This would be silly as it could more likely harm your tools than help them. Air tool oil in the air motor and grease in the head and your snap on air tools should last years even with daily use.
