What's wrong with using the Character Map that comes with Windows. In Windows 10, the Character Map is in the Windows Accessory grouping. It will show you what characters are available for a given font. In the lower right of that app, it shows the Alt+## for that character.
I had a similar problem with a 20kw and found that running an 1 1/2" gas line to be cheaper than running the 4/6 ga wiring. The closer I got to the switchgear, the smaller the wiring gauge.
FWIW.....I switched to the Meg Mo blades and love 'em. I was using the Oregon G6's. If you haven't heard of them, try going to http://www.meg-mo.com/ and take a look.
I'll swear by the "Gophinator" (http://www.traplineproducts.com/). I tried all the other methods before discovering these little traps. I started trapping 2 years ago and to date I've totaled around 25. I just trapped one yesterday. I now set traps at the first sight of a mound.

Isn't the reason that the sewer vent needs to pass thru the roof is to avoid any sewer gas from entering the attic space thru the overhang vents? I can also see why a horizontal portion of the vent could pose a possible problem. So why couldn't you do as "BlackLead" suggested then add another...
Short of filling in the low spot (approx. 19 cy with the dimension given), can you just cut a drainage swale/ditch or is it land locked? If you fill, I would put 12 cy of clean fill and 6 cy of topsoil (do as much compaction of the fill as you can to prevent further ponding down the line)...
Keep in mind that asphalt needs to be rolled periodically...like when they laid it down. Take a look at some asphalt airport runways and you'll see that they crack faster than highways....that's because of the rolling heavy traffic on the highways. If you can find someone that puts down an...
I've got sprayed-in-place foam. It is more expensive. At the time I was building my house (3 years ago), I priced both and the foam was twice the standard bat in the wall with blown in the ceiling. I decided on an "envelope" job. They sprayed the walls (6" studs) and under the roof (6" & 8"...
IMHO, everything made 20+ years ago is much better construction than it's today counterpart. To get today what was commonly sold yesteryear, usually costs so much more that most can't afford them.
I gotta love this thread! After retiring from Conoco after some 30+ years, this makes me go all sentimental. Many of you may know, however some may not....but Conoco merged with Marland Oil Co. Mr. Marland was a big YMCA advocate and in 1922, Mr. Marland leased the triangle design from the...
The safety relief valve protects the tank too. Make sure that the tank can handle the pressure....check out the condition of the tank. I'm always a little bit afraid of used air receivers, if I don't know the history of the tank.
I doubt that you could slow an R30 down enuff to reach a usable 5 hp. I believe that the minimum speed for the R30, splash lube, to be 575 rpm. This is required to maintain proper lubrication. In the Champion brochure, the speed listed for a 7.5 hp loaded to 175 psig is 575 rprm. The 7.5 hp...
