Figured out the no dust collection. A leaf was jammed into the fin area of the pulley that provides the air movement. Thanks for the info on the bushing. The owners manual does talk about bushings, but no explanation of how to do it.

Just finished my garage sink. I went with a Koehler cast iron sink that was wider than most fiberglass utility sinks that the box stored sell. It was expensive, but I like the way it turned out.

Cabinets are custom by a local company that only does garages. I am unsure as to a brand name. Yes the freezer needs a pain job1 I saw a nice black one at sears the other day, but I may have to do white to make the wife happy.
