Anyone have any of the Proto JSCVM series wrenches?

I have them in both Metric and SAE. They are indeed very nice. A GJ member (Conductor562) did a good review of them found here: http://professional-power-tool-guide.com/2013/06/proto-ratcheting-combination-wrenches-review/

My auto dark helmet crapped out....

Another vote for Jackson. I have the Tru-Sight and it is a great mask. It has a huge vieweing area, easy controls, and it also takes AAA batteries. It replaced my Miller Elite after it started flashing me.

Need help with buying a lathe

There is some good information here http://www.mermac.com/advicenew.html. I would look at old Logan/Powerkraft, Southbend, Hardinge, and Clausing. One thing I wish I had was a quick change gear box, nice if you are planning on doing threading. I would also play close attention to the...

    Tubing notcher suggestions

I would also take a look at the JMR notchers. They have the very pricey JMR TN1000, and then there is the less expensive JMR Raceline TN300. These notchers will allow you to notch around a 210 degree arc. Also, they allow for offset notches up to 1".

    Quincy Qr-325 arrival

Haha fair enough... I work on vintage motorcycles out of my garage. I will be using it for mainly die grinders, media blasting, pipe bender, DA sanders, and other air tools. This is my first compressor that is all mine. I used to work out of my uncles garage and he had a big old ingersol...

Quincy QR325 vs comparable QT series

Metal4130 that one looks pretty good. I am a little skeptical about buying sight unseen. I might go for it though. No three phase at my house, so I would have to swap motors but that isn't a big deal, I would still save close to 2K when all is said and done. New delivered with aftercooler...
