Most Corvette guys used hockey pucks or some other smallish hard rubber pads. There are many out there to buy.
Any vehicle with 115" wheel base or less, I lift with wheel adapters for my Mohawk lift. Luckily Corvette wheel bases are less than that.
I put that NDS drain in front of my garage. It wasn't able to redirect all water during heavy downpours so I had to add a second NDS Duroslope drain at the front of my concrete apron. Consider using a larger offering from NDS like their pro series channel drains just in case
Another vote for RAB lighting products. Last much longer than the cheap box store options. Their motion detector flood lights rarely trigger false on situations compared to the cheaper units

Sounds like you've already identified the cause being from outside the wall.
Verify proper grading away from the building and that any gutters and downspout routing is installed properly..ie not dumping water against the structure.
Another recommendation for Viessman. Have had a Vitodens 100 installed in my 30 x 40 garage since 2018. Installed the combi option for domestic hot water as well. Have not had any problems thus far
