Need help with insulating a newly constructed pole barn. 30x60x12. Spray is out of the question due to cost. Does a vapor barrier have to go in first before studding and then using R15 for 2x4 walls or do I do the studding, then R15 then enclose all of that with a plastic vapor barrier. Any help...
