This is good to know. I must have been mistaken. I'll have to take a few pictures to detail my plans. A shared driveway and almost no setback on the other side of the house will make this tricky.

The garage is too far from the road for a drop directly to the structure. I was previously advised the best move was to drop to the house with a shutoff and meter there and then go underground to the garage.

Compressor, lift, dust collection, etc. it's a fairly large multi purpose space with a woodshop and space to work on my project cars.

Behr is garbage, super low amounts of pigment and you have to do auto body level prep to get any lifespan out of it.

Honestly any comparison between the festool plunge cut track saw and the absolute garbage dewalt model is not applicable. I've heard good things about the makita model but it still clocks in close to $4-500 bucks.
Don't get me wrong I own dewalt tools, but they don't touch finish trim...
What is the rafter situation like? Sheathing the walls should help a bit but it shouldn't be necessary. Any pictures of the framing would help identify the lack thereof.
