Thanks for the quick responses! It’s 25 inches x 14 inches overall with the spike being movable and 8 inches long and the shorter rod piece being 4 inches.

Found this tool in my grandfather’s grainery, but haven’t been able to pinpoint what it would have done. Any ideas?
