Show off your old signs
We have this solid brass sign off a old Standard Oil office building from the 60's, I would think it's has some value. We use to keep it polished up and always looked impressive. Hangs in our service station now. weighs about 80#s

Bought a Milwaukee Hydraulics jack PICS
That's the best jack ever made, we own two model 40's for over 20 years now, used regularly, have held up very well.
