All imperial. Same as all building materials. I’m a printer and it’s the same. Too hard to change from 60 years ago.

    Cost of paving driveway

You guys are amazing! I just really like a paved driveway. Cars don't get dirty etc. I'm looking at a couple of properties, but I'm in no rush because my house is sold and I'm renting. ***** having a budget!

    Cost of paving driveway

Seclusion on my budget. Ya I love acreage on a back road, but not in the cards. Interior has had the worse Reno’s and they advertise it as amazing. Cheap floors. Kitchen is mismatched with IKEA and I don’t know what else. Baseboards are a joke. They removed electric heaters when they installed...

    Cost of paving driveway

Ya. Paving bricks. Looks like I need to consider 30g’s plus if I make an offer on the house. Needs complete Reno’s inside. But the garages and the seclusion is drawing me to it

    Cost of paving driveway

Looking at buying this house and it needs a new driveway. Any idea what it would cost to get all of this driveway paved? Would need to remove the old asphalt and then pave it and all the gravel parts. I had one done this big 20 years ago and something makes me think costs have gone up. lol

NG or mini spit for efficiency?

Specs on the heat pump. My guess is both the fireplace and heat pump are cheap models.

NG or mini spit for efficiency?

I've been using the heat pump because I heard they were more efficient. No idea of the cost from hydro to NG.

Shrinking a rotary 2 post lift.

Looks good! I'm thinking of doing the same thing with mine going from 12' to 10'. Do your hoses run overhead? Did you have them shortened or just loop the hose?

NG or mini spit for efficiency?

I just moved into a rental house. Around 1,200 sq/ft each floor. 2 floors. Electric heat, 2 stand alone gas fireplaces and a mini spit. I keep the electric heat off and the doors closed in the 4 bedrooms I don't use. Keep it on in my bedroom, bathroom and downstairs where I watch TV every night...
