Looking at buying this house and it needs a new driveway. Any idea what it would cost to get all of this driveway paved? Would need to remove the old asphalt and then pave it and all the gravel parts. I had one done this big 20 years ago and something makes me think costs have gone up. lol

Specs on the heat pump. My guess is both the fireplace and heat pump are cheap models.

I've been using the heat pump because I heard they were more efficient. No idea of the cost from hydro to NG.
