Drain and replace the fluid then go through the bleed process a couple times. If the problem still persists then the next step would be the controller, BP may have parts for it as they are going to be selling the same lift. If not it might need a new pump assembly that should be available. Good...

Sorry I didn't post earlier. I spent quite a bit of time talking to BP and long story short is they have no parts, will not honor warranty and will not support the max jax so in my case I'm screwed.

Could you please do me a favor? Check the paint finish on the inside of the posts, would you say it is slick smooth or does it have heavy orange peel finish? Thanks
