Well, it will just be for storing cars. My guess is there will be three in there but this is my concern-if i went just a bit larger, would four fit without everything being bunched up? I would hate to build it and then realize i should have gone 2 feet wider/longer, for example.

I am getting an estimate from a contractor for building a new home with attached garage but unsure if the garage size will be functional. Currently, the plan is to have a 30' x 36' garage attached. I know this is good size, but will it fit average size cars (3 or more?), etc? It will be out...
