I also have some Valvoline VV975 SynPower Full Synthetic Gear Oil SAE 75W-90, which I use for the same purpose. If either is usable, then I don't have to buy anything. Thanks for your help.

I have Mobil 1 Synthetic 75-90 with EP that I use in wind turbine gear boxes, so I actually keep some on hand. It seems that 75-90 is close enough to 80-90, but I am not sure about the synthetic aspect. Would you have an opinion on using it in the DoAll transmission?
