I'm in the process of insulating my garage and putting up plywood walls. To be as budget friendly as possible, I'm using 3/8" CDX, and at the local single owner building center in my town, those 4x8 sheets are $18.99 each. I'm sure I could get it cheaper at HD or Lowe's, but the closest of those...

The only issue is that I'm starting to work on insulating the garage so I can use it year round and the current bench is attached to the wall studs. I'll have to do at least a little modifying to work around that, but I've got some ideas.

Just moved into my dad's house last fall, and I'm slowly working on upgrading the 24x24 garage into a bit more of a full-on workshop. Here's dad's workbench after I cleaned it up a bit and reorganized underneath. I'm going to try to incorporate parts of into my new design.
