Sell Snap-On Classic 78 for twin HF US General 44"s, advice welcome

Thanks everyone! The little craftsman box in the left back corner is the box my parents bought me when I started working on cars. That box will never be sold, traded, or thrown out. That is the box I plan to give to my son one day if he wants it. It was cheap, is half covered in stickers...

Sell Snap-On Classic 78 for twin HF US General 44"s, advice welcome

So I have had the HF workbench for a few months now and I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with my decision. The garage is more functional, I find myself keeping things cleaner and am far more diligent in organization. Finally added the black trim to split the white and grey. I am...

Sell Snap-On Classic 78 for twin HF US General 44"s, advice welcome

Just remove the drawers and put them back in how you want them. I am not 100% with the left box, but having the small drawers on the right has forced me to be better organized. Dead on with the receiver, bench grinder, vice, ect. Once not needed the tools can hide in the cabinet on the left...

Same reason I will remove the badges from the Husky wall cabinets. To me it looks cleaner and the badges were slightly cut off by the frame and didn't look right. I am in no way ashamed of the fact they are from HF. If anything I am more proud of the new bench because I built it, in my...

    Lets see your workbench

Almost finished with my new workbench. Old work surface was 2 2'x8' 2x4 tables with a lower shelf I made on the cheap. They worked great but collected far too much clutter and the plywood top was not ideal for welding, grinding, or other metal work. New bench measures 2'x10' and has a 12ga...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Dropped the first box in the frame last night. Need to move my '72 Ghia to drop the second one in this evening. Then I can move it against the wall and put the top on for the last time, finally.

Once you get over the intial "shed" they work as intended. Polished lips on an old set of wheels with those wheels and a 4.5" angle grinder. For a half-*** effort with half-*** tools they turned out great, sold them for more than I paid after driving on them for a year.

    Location location location.

Charleston, SC should be on the list of possibles. Boeing has been here for a few years now, I am sure you could find work there with your previous experience. Beaches are nice, housing is reasonable, and there are hundreds of awesome restaurants. Downtown can be a drag in season with...
