"New" old tool. Recently inherited from my dad on a garage clean out and his tool knowledge was non existent, this may sound stupid to some, but I have not seen another. From my point of view it looks like a type of graduating/step punch similar to a bearing punch. Appreciate the help on this one.

Hi guys and gals, Long time lurker, thought best to introduce myself. Currently setting out my workshop and gaining a lot of ideas from the journal, very informative. Not from a trade background, but lover of woodworking and tools. Only trade quality for me and huge SP Tools and Bosch...
