Overall it's a more compact pacckage using just the universal socket. In situations where you'd need a 1/4 universal socket, that compactness is worth it.

I've spent a bunch of coin upgrading some of my track/travel tools, so I need to sell some others off to make room in the boxes and in my checking account. I didn't have a chance to clean any of these up... they've been wiped down with a clean cotton cloth, but that's all. SOLD SOLD SOLD #1...

Chamber reamer. Shouldn't be any 'reaming' involved with reloading .243 or .22-250 cartridges.
