Have just broken down the 12160 jack. It wouldn't stay up. Replaced the o-ring on the plunger, which needed to be replaced (and cleaned out some metal debris in there), but wasn't the final issue. It's pretty easy to take apart (some nuts are tougher). The ram end cap (seal) is shot so hunting...
