Airoom is a rip off. I have never heard anything good about them.

It is design drawings. Serves 2 purposes: 1- Make sure it's what I Want. 2- Pricing. I asked if they were engineered drawings and he said no, those would be additional. Dealing with home builders is a lot different than dealing with commercial contractors.

I was going to stack them. I need all the space I can get. Lot of vehicles and power sports. If I could afford it, I would build a 20 car garage. What's the point of needing an elevator large enough for a stretcher? Elevator is for resident to move up and down under their own power.

Most of the ones I've seen actually run off battery and only use the power to charge the batteries. Our home does have a generator, but it only has 80 hours on it and it's 8 years old. Most of that time was probably weekly run cycle. We don't loose power much luckily.
