I ran into a similar issue with my ceiling height. I think mine is 103" I wasn't able to raise the ceiling height without serious re-engineering and a hefty price tag. I went with an Atlas BP8000 lift and modified the columns to fit my ceiling. I can lift a car about chest height. With your low...

Great design and awesome shop. Really love the space and the layout. Great to have the ceiling height. That is my one limiting factor in my shop. Can only lift my cars about shoulder height. I think i'm going to make some tire racks for my garage like yours. That's a great idea.

My buddy was headed up north bringing his tool box so we fabricated this receiver hitch cart to hold it for the trip. Simple 2" square tubing for the receiver and 1" square tubing for the frame and basket. With a coat of paint she will be ready to go.
