    Maybe I'm wrong but it sounds like your describing the procedure for going over the top of the epoxy... I've actually put it down and will be going over the sealer with the epoxy... It won be perfect of course, but easier to squeegee and keep the floor cleaner.

    Has anyone used the Loctite PL for filling control/expansion joints before Epoxy-Coat? If so, how did it come out? Did you need to do any extra prep after it cured?

    Diamond Grinding - Has anyone used a 4.5" wheel successfully?

    I had more trouble with the walk behind i rented... but that's a long story. I did the perimeter of my first 10.5x11.5 section with the 4.5 harbor freight diamond cup, and their cheap sander... it did well. The 7", not so much... The cup was so unbalanced, I couldn't even spool it up for long...

    Thanks, The Home Depot didn't have it... however, SW called back, the machine came in... I went and picked it up. I was grinding from 4:45 to 9:30. I think I'm making less progress with this freaking thing. Although, it is much quieter and more comfortable than being on the floor hand...
