That is Armstrong Vinyl Composite Tile with 4 coats of wax. I have yet to buff it but its pretty shiny right now.

There is a girder truss (2-ply) supporting the glu-lam which spans 26ft front to back, thus my door is set back 7 inches from the inside of the block.
