There will be a lot of twist, I used bolt anchors for mine and it worked fine. You should be ok as long as you spread the base and put the anchors deep enough. My bolts anchors went down about 2-3"

I have an old Craftsman router, does the job, beeds more power. I would definatly get a plunge router if I had to do it over again.

I brew my own beer. I have some sanitizer that is no rinse, mix it with water and spray it on whatever is going to touch the beer. Spoons, bottles, etc.
EVerything, most sprayers you can buy at Home Depot wear out after a few uses. Especially if your using strong chemicals. Mine will be used for purple power, beer sanitizer, and anything else I can think of.
