I called SO and asked for a repair kit for my broken 9/16. They said that there is no repair kit available. They sent me a new wrench and didn’t even make me return the old one. I hope this one lasts longer. That’s some amazing customer service. I guess that’s why you pay $50 for a wrench.

I purchase 2 dual80 ratcheting wrenches to try on at work. I service conveyor systems. After about a month, the selector switch broke off inside. It looks to be a very week design. I purchased them online so I will stop at the next SO truck in my neighborhood. I hope it was just a fluke...

I used an m12 sds to anchor conveyor. We use mostly 3/8” anchors with a 12” bit. It does a great job and you don’t have the cord. It’s also fairly light. Be sure to wear a mask to protect yourself from the silica dust.
