I know this is an old thread but did you fix this I have the exact same problem. My evap fan keeps running. Same as before I replaced the Comp relay. The 24 volt coil shorted I replaced that. I can remove the therm and it keep running. Please let us know if you fixed it? Goodman heat pump 2 ton...
