I used the ghostshield 8510 in my shop. It was a waste of money. It was marketed as an oil repellent. It did not work for that. It does repel water pretty good.

I sanded some eastwood extreme chassis paint and top coated it with some duplicolor paint. Then I sanded it all off because it turned to goo.

I am in the process of planning a new 40x40 red iron building. I have been looking at doing 4k concert and 5" pad vs a 4" the lifts I have been looking at recommend 4" thick 3k so anything that's a step above would be better. My plan is lots of lights and lots of outlets.
