    30x36x12 with Loft upstairs

I have a 28x36 garage with a 16' main door and a 7' door in the rear for the lawnmower/snowmobile. It's the best thing I did having that small door, especially in the winter. Opening that big door is like taking a wall out in the winter!

We build. Pre-wire for mini split?

You'd be using the ground and one leg. Using the ground as a neutral is not allowed in Canada that's for sure! Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk

Run a 14/3 with that wire to use for a 3 way swith to turn the outside lights on and off from inside the house. Nothing more frustrating than getting back to the house and realizing the lights are still on Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk

And if you're doing 100a, look I to 2/3 null text, bet it's cheaper than piping it Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk

You don't need a neutral for the mini split. I am an Electrician, never seen one that needs one. 12/2 will be enough. If you're not paying for the wore, then do the 100a I guess, just easier to work with 60a, and it would be lots Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk

My new garage with Epoxy-Coat floor!

Ran Airlines up through the attic and back down the walls using pex water line. Hired a plumber for an hour to do the connections (even though I could have done it myself) just wanted to be sure. Cost $25 for the pipe, no brainer for sure! Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk

I used 3 full Gray kits for a base coat and 2 full kits of clear for top coat, bought it from Atlantic Epoxy-Coat. He's a new dealer for Epoxy-Coat for Atlantic Canada. Flakes were a blend of orange white black, mixed with their gray blend 50/50.

The I-Beam is an 8" beam, no idea what it's rated for, but I have a rolling beam clamp on it and it works awesome for picking up the lawn mower to sharpen blades, lifting snowmobile for service, or hanging a deer. It is sitting on 3 laminated 2x6 inside the wall. Works really well.

My new garage with Epoxy-Coat floor!

Floor had a few hairline cracks, should of done 2 coats of color on the cracks. Did 1 coat of color, 1 coat of clear after. The color coat sealed the cracks, if you run your finger over them, you can't feel them cause the clear coat smoothed them over. Know better for next time for sure. I...
