Are there any other benefits of using urethane vs epoxy for the base coat. I was told that industrial floors utilize urethane, so there have to be some advantages, right?

Does anyone think it is worth the extra cost to do a base coat in high solids urethane instead of high solids epoxy? I was quoted twice the price for the material cost for the urethane vs the expoy base coat and I was wondering if it is worth the upgrade. I would still use an epoxy primer...
