Can this concrete floor be saved? It looks bad!

The pits are pretty deep. I was thinking of somehow stripping the paint and applying a self leveling compound, but not sure it is would last. Rusty

Can this concrete floor be saved? It looks bad!

Can this floor be saved? The finish goes from smooth to bad, as seen in the photo. It looks like the previous home owner painted the floor to make it look better, but we know it is not. Is there anything that can be done to make it smooth again? Thanks Rusty

Having Internet Fiber brought up ~200m from the road. Anything else I should ask them to throw in the trench?

^^^^ THIS!!! Cost of additional conduit is a fraction of re-trenching.

Wall, ceiling, and floor color choices for small-ish garage.

OK, so the garage is 2 car garage, 23'4" wide and 20'7" deep, or just about 480 sf, with a 7'6" ceiling. Intended use is car restoration, and car storage, along with other storage, and , unfortunately, a washer and dryer. Washer and dryer have to stay, as there is no other place for them. Would...

How many breakers (total amps) can be installed in a 200 A main panel?

lol.... So... have you heard of driveway heaters? So ice doesn't build up in winter. Similar, a heating grid was to be installed in the lawn so the snow would not stick. I don't think it was the entire lawn, maybe just near the entrance or something. This was high end residential stuff...

Yep, we do everything possible to NOT upgrade, unless necessary.

How many breakers (total amps) can be installed in a 200 A main panel?

Not sure about other service areas, but if the service application gets to my department it needs a load letter, or at least a listing of all the connected loads. We also use historic data on similar residences to estimate the expected peak. We use this to size the incoming service size, but...

How many breakers (total amps) can be installed in a 200 A main panel?

Which brings up the question, how do you correctly do a load calc? Are we talking about this link https://ask-the-electrician.com/residential-electrical-load-calculation.html#beginAdv OR something else?

How many breakers (total amps) can be installed in a 200 A main panel?

Right, but I am trying to avoid that trip :) And you are likely right, there are no large loads outside of the Water heater, Stove, and Central Air, so adding a few receptacle circuits and some infrequently used 240V circuits will not likely trip the main. Just wondering if their is a way to...

How many breakers (total amps) can be installed in a 200 A main panel?

Not really. The closest was that a load calculation would need to be done. The other answers was that that their was no Amp limit, just a limited number of open spots. And then we went off discussing Stab limits. My case is that I have an existing 200A panel with a bunch of open slots. I would...

How many breakers (total amps) can be installed in a 200 A main panel?

So is the stab rating/limit the only limit I need to worry about, or getting back to the original question, what is the overall amp limit of the panel?

Ok, thanks Saw the edit, thanks for correcting

How many breakers (total amps) can be installed in a 200 A main panel?

Ok, but the Stab is the stubby piece of copper coming off the buss that the breaker atatches to. One Stab connects to 2 breakers, 1 on each side of the panel, correct?
